We work closely with the UK’s social housing providers, embracing our responsibilities under the Social Value Act 2012. We encourage prosperity where we work; creating jobs, bringing investment to neighbourhoods and procuring goods and services locally, keeping spending local, supporting local businesses, creating employment opportunities and boosting the local economy.
We have a dedicated Community Engagement Officer who works extremely hard to provide social value in the communities we operate in. Their work has helped to build strong relationships and add value to our local communities.
Social value means leaving a legacy long after our work is done. We recognise that creating better futures is about equipping people with sustainable skills and long-term opportunities.
