Saltash Guildhall is a historic, grade II listed building located in the town of Saltash, Cornwall. Originally constructed in the 16th century, it has served multiple purposes throughout its existence and remains an important symbol of the town’s rich heritage.
Works include the erection of fixed scaffold to facilitate works. This is followed by the refurbishment of all vertically sliding timber widows by our nominated sub-contractor ,Ventrolla. We have also completed minor remedial repairs to external masonry surfaces followed by external decorations to all previously painted surfaces following a Crown Trade specification.
Works will conclude with the reinstatement and replacement of the flagpole and fabricated brackets.
Working on a live site like the hospital meant that extra precautions had to be implemented to ensure the safety of patients and health care workers as well as the safety of our staff. It was also imperative that we worked in a careful manner as to allow the hospital staff to maintain their normal workflow without disruptions.
