Swanmead Community School

The works followed the announcement earlier this year that Greenfylde First School and Swanmead Community School would amalgamate and become a primary school, under the new two-tier school system in South Somerset.  This project included the reconfiguration of existing science labs to primary class spaces, renewal of wash facilities and flooring with extensive redecoration works.

The supply and installation of windows, DGU’s and doors was carried out by D Glass, our internal glazing company.  We also donated the new staff kitchen to the school for added social value. 

This project included internal remodelling works and replacement fire doors ready for the school to open its doors as Herne View Primary School at the start of the new school term in September 2022.
