This project included working at height for soft washing and redecorating of the flats and town houses at Royal Sands. Works included the cleaning down, preparation and painting of all previously painted surfaced for the main apartment blocks and also all gates, railings, copings and walls in the underground car park and communal gardens.
Royal Sands
Access was required via the main beach and approaching road, with phase 2 commencing next year which involves access via the adjacent golf course. We worked well with other contractors who were working on the Royal Court, which is situated within the same development. Parking was informally agreed so not to create any more disruption than was necessary for the residents.
