Our objective was to complete all decorations and repairs within the agreed program above client expectations, erect scaffold with as minimal disruption to residents as possible and ensure the project was delivered safely.
Redwood House
Our approach to delivery at Redwood House was organised and methodical with the overall ambition being to deliver works safely and to exceed client and resident expectation.
Works included decorations to the whole of the exterior building, complete to all floors and at roof level. We then had to prepare and redecorate with an exterior gloss finish to existing and new timber windows, sills, doors, frames and gable boards, fascia, svp's, previously painted waste pipes and gutters/rainwater goods as required.
These works will continue to be carried out annually continuing each summer through till 2025.
Access to carry out the works was obtained via scaffolding which was erected in stages to 3 elevations of Redwood House.
