Filton Avenue School
Demolition of existing building including asbestos removal and construction of a new school dining hall with commercial kitchen, staff kitchenette, toilets, staff office, and external associated works.
To upgrade the existing building to a modern facility for Filton Avenue School. Works included the construction of a new up to date commercial kitchen to cater for the growing community school, partition doors, and separating the kitchen space from the dining hall to utilise additional room within the new building. We also installed solar panels to the roof and a highly insulated structure to ensure a sustainable building for the future local community. This was a highly successful project for the team involved, and has been registered for a RIBA Award by the Architect.
