Works included removing the existing mezzanine flooring from the warehouse unit, removal of all plasterboard partitions located above the mezzanine including all windows, doors, floor coverings, M&E, timber floor, steel joists, columns and beams. We then carried out the installation of new electrics and a new hand rail along the first floor mezzanine structure.
