Royal Court External Roofing Work now Complete

Our Exeter team have recently carried out a multitude of external roofing works for the Royal Court in Teignmouth which provides retirement housing. This project included the removal of old plastic valley gutters and installation of all new welded lead.

Royal Court was originally the Royal Hotel and has an interesting history; Churchill and Eisenhower stayed during WW2, and Queen Amelia gave it it's Royal connotations.

The next phase of works includes full internal re-decorations to 2 No. flats following damage caused by water ingress.
