Multi Skilled Operative Various Roles (Hampshire/West Sussex)

Multi Skilled Ground Worker / Bricklayer

We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a Groundwork/bricklaying bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling.

Works will be in and around Hampshire / Berkshire, ideal skills would be:

•              Bricklaying

•              Ground works

•              Fencing

•              Plastering

Multi Skilled Floor Layer

We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a Floor laying bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling.

Works will be in and around Hampshire / Berkshire, ideal skills would be:

Vinyl / Carpet laying

•              Wet room Cove up floor inc. welding

•              Latex

•              Some carpentry – Over boarding floors

•              Some plumbing – removal of WC’s and Basins

Multi Skilled Plumber

We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a plumbing bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling.

Works will be in, and around East and West Sussex and operatives would be required to join an OOH rota.

Ideal skills would be:

•              Plumbing

•              Carpentry/UPVC 

•              Patch Plastering

•              Decorating

Multi Skilled Carpenter

We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a Carpentry bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling.

Works will be in, and around East and West Sussex and operatives would be required to join an OOH rota.

Ideal skills would be:

•              Carpentry/UPVC

•              Plumbing

•              Patch Plastering

•              Decorating

Summary

•              IT Literate

•              Happy with travel

•              Ideally hold a trade qualification especially if you don't have much firsthand experience
