Property Services Manager (Eastleigh)
Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Property Services Manager to work from our new office in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
The successful candidate needs to be a team player, understand current processes, and bring new ideas to add and assist on our continued success and development for work secured and new opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have already work in a construction environment and either currently manage a team of Operatives or have previously.
About the Role:
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the office
- Managing a small team of Operatives
- Responsibility for contracts managing on projects up-to £4 million.
- Experience in pricing and producing quotes / tenders.
- Close liaison with the clients and customers
- Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety
- Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments
- Direct and sub-contractor management and resourcing
- Producing contract RAMs and CPPs as required
About the Candidate:
- Experience in planned, refurbishment and development type contracts
- Must have excellent construction knowledge
- Must be self-motivated as well as a motivator
- Must have SMSTS, first aid and CSCS card
- Competent in risk assessments and method statements
- Compliant in H+S procedures and CDM
- Excellent communicator
