Contracts Manager - Yeovil
With increasing workloads and continued growth forecast across Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire, we require an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Yeovil management Team. The successful candidate needs to be a team player, understand current processes and bring new ideas to add and assist on our continued success and development.

About the Role:
· Responsibility for contracts managing on projects from 5K – 600K
· Experience in pricing and producing quotes / tenders
· Close liaison with the clients and customers
· Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety
· Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments
· Direct and sub-contractor management and resourcing
· Producing contract RAMs and CPPs as required
About the Candidate:
· Experience in planned, refurbishment and development type contracts
· Must have excellent construction knowledge
· Must be self-motivated as well as a motivator
· Must have SMSTS, first aid and CSCS card
· Competent in risk assessments and method statements
· Compliant in H+S procedures and CDM
· Excellant communicator
